16 teen boys and 3 adults…The house was perfect! All the kids had more than enough room to move around. Bedrooms and bed space was exactly what we needed. We had a great time!

Every one of the 6 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, and no one has to sleep in a bunk. Plus, there is no fight for the shower!

This place is perfect for families and friends who want to relax on the Frio River and keep on playing when they come back to their vacation house.

We went all out on the kitchen conveniences. We know Concan can be a bit “rustic” when it comes to some of the cabins. Not this house.

*NOTE: There is NO gate/fence between the backdoor of the lodge and the pool area. The fence encloses the outdoor space. Please do not let children outside without supervision.
Take your BBQ game to the next level in the poolside cabana kitchen. Turn on the game on the flatscreen while your marinades do their work in the outdoor refrigerator.
